We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.

6. Shipping & Fulfillment

Orders are fulfilled through third-party print-on-demand production partners.

Production and shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to:

RKIVE.IT is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside our control.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products:

Personalized items are generally non-refundable and non-returnable unless defective or damaged.
Non-personalized items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, subject to approval.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Order cancellations may only be accepted before production begins.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, branding, graphics, product designs, text, and images — is the property of RKIVE.IT or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
